Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. After canceling you'll keep Pro access through the current billing period — it doesn't end immediately.
Will my data disappear if I cancel?
No. All of your records are kept; only Pro-exclusive features pause. You can resubscribe anytime.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit card auto-billing (VISA, MasterCard, JCB).
Can I get a refund mid-way on the yearly plan?
Full refund within the 7-day cooling-off period (same rule for monthly and yearly). After 7 days, no refund is issued, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the period ends. See our refund policy for details.
