The FurNote platform (including software, design, trademarks, and related content) is the intellectual property of FurNote. You retain ownership of personal data and pet records you provide.
You own everything you upload to FurNote. You grant FurNote a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display such content solely as needed to provide the service.
FurNote is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary diagnosis.
Health reminders and information are for reference only and do not constitute professional veterinary advice. For any pet health concerns, consult a licensed veterinarian. FurNote is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We strive to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. FurNote is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We back up data regularly to mitigate loss risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). Accounts pass through a 30-day retention window before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
