   The Free plan gives you one pet, all 8 record types (diet, weight, excretion, symptoms, vet visits, vaccines, parasite prevention, long-term care), in-app reminders for medication, checkups, vaccines and supplies, the in-app weight trend chart, and unlimited PDF and CSV export of your data.

3. STEP 03

   See what Pro adds on top

   Pro keeps everything in Free and unlocks unlimited pets, photo and PDF attachments (symptom photos, medical scans, lab reports), family sharing so relatives or a pet sitter can co-edit, a daily email digest of medication, checkup, vaccine and supply reminders, and priority support.

4. STEP 04

   Start on Free, upgrade only if you need to

   Download FurNote from the App Store or Google Play and start on Free right away. There's no trial clock and no pressure — you can use it indefinitely on one pet.

5. STEP 05

   Upgrade anytime without losing anything

   When you're ready, go to Settings → Plan → Upgrade to Pro. Every pet, record, weight history and reminder you created on Free carries straight over, and you can add a second pet the moment you upgrade.

How much does annual save over monthly?

Monthly is about US$3.99 × 12 ≈ US$48 a year. The annual plan is about US$39.99, so you save roughly US$8 (about US$3.33/month). If you plan to use FurNote long term, annual is the better value.

Do I keep my records when I upgrade from Free to Pro?

Yes. Every pet, record, weight history and medication schedule you created on Free stays exactly as it is, and Pro features become available immediately.

If I cancel Pro, do I lose my records?

No. When Pro ends you drop back to Free, and all your existing pets, records, photos and reminders stay fully readable and editable — nothing is locked or deleted. Even a second or third pet added under Pro keeps working normally. The only limits are on new actions: you can't add another new pet, upload new attachments, or send new family invites, and the daily email digest stops. Your data is always yours to keep and export.

If I subscribe to Pro, do my family members pay too?

No. Pro works like a household plan — one Pro account covers everyone you share a pet with. Family members only need a free FurNote account to join and help care for the pet.

How do refunds work?

There's a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can request a full refund. You can also cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
